Lynne’s daughter Gemma has worked full time in the office since completing her BA Honours Degree and has achieved the Technical Award in Residential Lettings, which has gained her membership to The Association of Residential Lettings Agents. Gemma strives to be ahead of all legislations so that all landlords are thoroughly informed and kept up to date and is soon to embark on a diploma of Residential Lettings, a qualification that will be unique in the Waterside area.
