Our Location
Our residential lettings office is based on the second floor in Hotspur House overlooking the Solent and we also have an Estate Agency office in Hotspur House which is open 7 days a week and fronts the top of the High Street next to Hythe Pier and we have a holiday lettings department offering weekly and short term rentals, which is essentially internet based. All departments work in association with each other and are linked by computer and telephone providing a `One Stop Shop’ for all of your housing needs. Since having a front office we have seen an increase in business in all areas. All staff are trained in the basics of all departments and can talk to prospective clients, offering details of properties and making viewing appointments, this effectively makes all departments open 7 days a week.
